No? Well let me tell you a bit about it as it is phenomenal in helping you to manifest your dreams and desires.

Forget the let’s make it measureable and specific as in SMART goals

The idea is to DREAM BIG!!! Do not put limits on yourself or your dreams.

If you have never done this before then start with something that is easy enough for you to believe in. Once you become a dab hand at this then you can start to work on bigger things.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath and then get a clear image in your head of what you want to achieve. If you can’t see it then feel it and make sure you are thinking about it in the present tense as if you already have it. Give the image and feeling as much detail as possible.

Focus on it as often as you can, while you are day dreaming in your every day life and also during meditation. Don’t think about it with a desperation just be relaxed about it.

Be positive about it and say strong affirmations around you already having it.

Most importantly believe that it can be yours and just move aside the self-doubt.
