Contrary to popular belief the Law of Karma is not a punishment or reward. If someone does something that is defined as bad the Law of Karma doesn’t suddenly decide that something bad will happen to that person. Your fate isn’t sealed because you did something that you shouldn’t have, this means that whatever action has taken place now is not binding to some pre-determined future experience or reaction. It is not about reward or punishment.
“As you sow, so shall you reap” This is also known as the “Law of Course and Effect”
Karma is a Sanskrit word meaning “deed” or “act” and really refers to the Universal Law of Course and Effect.
What you give out to The Universe is what you attract back into your life. So if you want to attract more love, happiness and peace into your life then that is what you have to send out.
The Theosophist I. K. Taimni wrote, “Karma is nothing but the Law of Cause and Effect operating in the realm of human life and bringing about adjustments between an individual and other individuals whom he has affected by his thoughts, emotions and actions.”
We are all energy and energy vibrates on different frequencies thus acting like a magnet. Like attracts like. If you are sending out negative thoughts, judging, criticising people or even negative thoughts about yourself then you operating on a low-frequency vibration, therefore what you attract back to you will be on a low-frequency vibration. Which means you will attract people and situations in your life that will judge, criticise and make you feel negative.

In order to bring more of what you want into your life you need to think along the lines of what you want to attract and not what you dont want to attract.
You can’t think negative thoughts and bring goodness into your life.
Do you know someone who is constantly says “I always have bad luck” “Nothing ever goes right for me” “Knowing my luck ………” and they get exactly what they talk and think about. It is a Self Fulfilling Prophecy.
If you want to change your life for the better, then change your thoughts. This doesn’t come easy for some people I know that but you have to start somewhere. When you think a negative though don’t beat yourself up for thinking a negative thought as you are back to square one. Simply don’t put any attachment to the negative thought. Let it float away and think about something that makes you smile instead.
